We got you covered with 5 different full body bodyweight workouts that can be completed anywhere with no gear needed! The workouts have been designed to suit all abilities, but can be adjusted further if needed. Stay tuned for all 5 to be released over the week!

Staying fit over the break doesn’t need to be chore. It can be an invigorating way to stay energised, whilst enjoying your surroundings and can be done with friends and family to level up your bonding time… :)


Holiday Workout 1

EMOM 5 rounds

(Every minute on the minute for 25 mins)

Min 1. 3-5 x Burpee + 10m Sprint

Min 2. 8-12 Side Plank Ups e/s

Min 3. 30m Bear Crawl or 15m HS Walk

Min 4. Max Air Squats

Min 5. Rest!
