Our CrossFit classes are much more than just a group fitness class. It is personalised coaching in a group environment. Everything can be optimised to meet your ability.

The workouts are constantly varied, which means that every workout will be different, yet thoughtfully planned out weekly, monthly and annually to maximise your progress.

Our classes are led by passionate, knowledgeable coaches who ensure you are moving well, getting the fitness gains that you are here for and having fun while doing it!
