The Elements Course
The elements course runs over three 60 minute sessions designed to teach you the fundamentals of the CrossFit methodology.
To set you up for success before you join the classes we teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements and how to do them safely and efficiently. These are run as group sessions.
Our necessary path to progress is mechanics > consistency > intensity. We ensure you have the mechanics down consistently before you add the intensity. This keeps you safe, minimises risk of injury, and maximises your progress.

Custom Elements Course | $220
If you canβt make the dates or times of the elements course you can complete the 3 x 60 minute sessions as one on one personal training sessions at a time of your convenience with one our elements coaches.
