The elements course runs over three 60 minute sessions designed to teach you the fundamentals of the CrossFit methodology. To set you up for success before you join the classes we teach you the fundamental CrossFit movements and how to do them safely and efficiently. These are run as group sessions. Our elements course runs every second week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday nights at 6.30pm.
We offer personalised private and small group personal training sessions tailored to your specific goals and needs. Personal training sessions can be an extremely effective way to focus on sport specific skill development and technique, assist with rehabilitation from injury, work on mobility restrictions, or even for those who simply prefer a one on one atmosphere.
