Our Kids & Teens programme is designed for ages 5-16. It introduces fundamental movement mechanics, as well as foster a love for being active & healthy!
CrossFit Kids (ages 5-11)

We want our young ones to grow up with healthy habits for life. To move well, prevent injury, and find enjoyment in keeping themselves fit and healthy. Our classes are engaging and varied, which keeps them entertained while they burn off their endless energy!
Our kids & teens classes are lead by thoroughly trained coaches who closely supervise movement to ensure safety at all times. At the same time they are friendly and relatable, creating a welcoming and supportive environment for all.
