Yoga Instructor Sophia Ale brings a genuine, compassionate, and holistic approach to her teaching and view on facilitating health.

Sports specific yoga will often be longer poses to stretch muscles and ligaments and lubricate joints improving flexibility allowing for a greater range of movement. The more regularly the practice the better chance this style of movement/training can assist with greater mobility, reducing the risk of injury.
